We recognize that climate change is perpetuated by an economy of extraction, deeply interconnected with racial and social justice. We acknowledge that critical discussions and decision-making on climate change in mainstream spaces have historically excluded certain voices, including Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and others who bear a disproportionate burden of the impacts. We seek to have a cohort that is inclusive of diverse identities.

We are very willing to help group members connect and find ways to share/save costs (e.g. sharing a rental car from the airport, etc.). Please read the packet in the section above for more details on logistics for the river trip.
